Debbie Hartshorn Head of Operational Support

Debbie joined CA in June 2008 from a completely non-archaeological background, so initially there was much for her to absorb and learn about the business!

However, she has over 11 years' management experience in operations gained across a variety of industries (including financial services, recruitment and toys & gifts), and has worked for companies of all shapes and sizes from large nationals through local authorities to company start-ups, and is convinced that the role is a constant; it's just the product that changes.

As Head of Operational Support, Debbie is responsible for Finance; Administration; Human Resources; Premises and Equipment; ICT and Project Support. As a member of the Senior Management Team she has responsibility for contributing to the success and healthy growth of the company.
